Yes, we gladly accept walk-ins. However, for medical patients seeking a consultation with our pharmacist, we recommend arriving at least 1 hour before closing to ensure sufficient time for a thorough discussion and assistance.

For medical patients you must present a valid NYS cannabis patient certification and valid state issued ID. For adult use you must be 21+ and have a valid state issued ID.
We accept the following forms of identification: a physical copy of a valid driver's license, state-issued ID card, or passport. Photos of drivers license or state IDs will not be accepted.

For medical patients, we'll hold your order for up to 5 days. For adult use customers, we'll hold your order for up to 2 days.

Only medical patients can take advantage of discounts and our vip loyalty program. Patients at Etain are automatically enrolled and earn points on each purchase.

For adult use orders, only the individual who placed the order and presented the required documents can receive it. For medical orders, registered caregivers are permitted to receive orders on behalf of patients.

We are currently accepting payments via cash*, cashless ATM using a debit card with a $2.75 fee, or Canpay.
*There is an ATM on-site with an associated withdrawal fee of $1.25. Please note your bank may charge additional ATM fees on their end.
Product returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers must let Etain LLC know of product issues within 5 days of purchase date. Customers must communicate product name, location purchase, picture of the product, description of the issue, and a copy of the product receipt. No product returns can take place without product receipt. The customer will have 30 days to return the product from the date that Etain communicates with the customer confirming the product return. Eligible products may be replaced, if products are partially used we may only be able to offer a discount towards your next purchase.
