What do I need to order medical cannabis delivery from Etain?

• Patients must be registered with Etain by providing us with an active NYS Medical Cannabis patient certification prior to placing a delivery order.
• New and returning patients can send their documents to info@etainhealth.com. Once a patient's account is updated in our system, a valid state issued photo ID must be presented upon receiving an order.

How do I place a medical cannabis delivery order at Etain?

We are currently only accepting orders placed via phone call. To schedule a delivery order please call us (914) 437-7898, ext 5. For a seamless experience, please read the following:

• Accepted payment: We are currently accepting cash and Canpay
• Order minimum: All orders from Syracuse must be $100 after discounts and all orders from all other locations must be $50 after discounts.
• Placed before 5pm for next day delivery: Any order changes after 5pm may delay the date of delivery.
• Delivery updates: Reply ‘Yes’ to OnFleet messages from (833) 429-4786
• No exchanges: Any order that requires a product exchange follow up must be done in store.
