In a significant stride this year, we've expanded our facility footprint to exceed 75,000 square feet, encompassing cutting-edge greenhouse technology, advanced laboratory and manufacturing spaces, efficient distribution and warehousing facilities, and dedicated areas for finished goods and dry flower storage.

In 2022, RIV Capital, an acquisition and investment firm focused on building a leading multistate platform with one of the strongest portfolios of brands in key strategic U.S. markets, acquired ownership and control of Etain.
